We review transcripts, test scores, activities, and interests. You'll fill out a short student questionnaire so we can hear from your student directly.
Within two weeks, you receive a written plan: college list, milestones, testing timeline, essay themes, and a month-by-month schedule.
Weekly or biweekly one-on-one sessions with your advisor, plus unlimited email between meetings. We meet you where you are — Zoom, phone, or in person.
Essays drafted and polished, applications reviewed line-by-line, submissions checked twice. You'll never wonder whether something got missed.
Financial aid comparisons, waitlist strategy, appeal letters when appropriate, and a final "which school?" conversation with the whole family.
During the school year, most students meet with us for 45–60 minutes every one to two weeks. Between sessions we're on email — usually replying within a few hours during business days.

Peak essay season. Personal statement drafted and revised, supplemental essays outlined, activities list polished, Common App account set up.
Early Decision / Early Action submissions, final essay polishing, interview prep, teacher recommendation follow-up, FAFSA and CSS Profile filing.
Regular Decision submissions, mid-year reports, scholarship applications, decision-day preparation, waitlist strategy where needed.
Comparison of acceptances and aid packages, appeal letters where reasonable, campus revisits, final commitment by May 1st.
Housing forms, orientation planning, roommate matching, packing checklists, and a warm "you made it" send-off.
