Admision 360, LLC is owned by Brenna Whittington and operates from 428 S Hayes St, Enid, OK 73703, USA.
We provide independent, fee-based educational consulting. We help students and families plan for, apply to, and choose among U.S. colleges and universities. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any college or university. Our services are advisory only.
Admissions decisions are made solely by colleges and universities. We cannot and do not guarantee admission, financial aid awards, scholarship amounts, or any specific outcome. Any statistics we share reflect past client experiences and are not a promise of future results.

Fees are agreed in writing before services begin. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a session has been delivered. Missed sessions without 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
You may not use the site to violate any law, infringe any intellectual property right, upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
All content on admision360.com — text, images, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials — is owned by Admision 360 or licensed to us and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Our site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Admision 360 disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Admision 360's total liability for any claim arising out of the site or services is limited to the fees paid by you to Admision 360 in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Admision 360, its owner, and its representatives from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Garfield County, Oklahoma.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
