Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 1, 2026

Admision360 ("we", "our", "us") respects the privacy of every visitor, prospective student and family that contacts us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through admision360.com, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. We comply with applicable U.S. federal and Illinois state privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where relevant.

Who we are

Admision360 is a sole‑proprietor educational consulting practice owned and operated by Luis Aramayo, located at 1246 W Pratt Blvd #1002, Chicago, IL 60626, USA. You can reach our privacy team by email at bing@ads.admision360.com or by phone at +1 (630) 336‑0225.

Information we collect

We collect personal information in three ways:

  • Information you provide. When you complete our contact form, schedule a consultation or engage our services, we collect your name, your student's name, email, phone, high school, graduation year, and any details you share about your goals.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we automatically collect standard log data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL and timestamps — using cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
  • Information from third parties. If you arrive at our site through an advertisement, the advertising network (e.g. Microsoft Advertising / Bing Ads, Google Ads) may share a unique click identifier so we can measure campaign performance. We do not receive your name, email or other identifying details from those networks.

How we use your information

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations.
  • To deliver the services you have engaged us for.
  • To send appointment reminders, deadline reminders and (with consent) educational newsletters.
  • To measure the performance of our website and advertising campaigns.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.

Legal basis for processing

We process personal information on the basis of your consent (e.g., when you submit a contact form), to perform a contract with you (e.g., to deliver consulting services), and for our legitimate business interests (e.g., site analytics and fraud prevention), in each case in a manner that is proportionate and respectful of your rights.

How we share your information

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers that operate on our behalf — for example, our email host, scheduling software, customer relationship management tool, accounting platform and analytics providers. These vendors are contractually required to use information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising partners such as Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) for measurement and conversion tracking. We share only de‑identified or hashed event data; we never share names, addresses or essay content.
  • Law enforcement or other parties when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of any person.

How long we keep your information

We retain inquiry data for 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is purged. For families who engage our services, we retain contract and tax records for seven years as required by federal and Illinois law, and educational records for four years after high school graduation.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Withdraw consent for non‑essential cookies via our cookie banner.

To exercise any of these rights, email bing@ads.admision360.com.

Children's privacy

Our services are typically used by high school students (ages 14–18) in coordination with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

We use industry‑standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we will notify affected individuals in the event of a breach as required by Illinois law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
