These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Admision360 website (admision360.com) and any consulting services provided by Admision360 ("we", "our", "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to engage our services. By using this site you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of services

Admision360 provides college admissions counseling and educational consulting. Our services are advisory in nature. We do not, and cannot, guarantee admission to any college or university, scholarship award, or financial aid offer. Admissions decisions are made solely by the institutions to which a student applies.

3. Engagement and fees

Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written service agreement that specifies the scope of work, fees, payment schedule and cancellation terms. Fees published on the website are for reference and may change without notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Specific cancellation and refund terms are stated in your service agreement. As a general policy, work completed prior to cancellation is non‑refundable; unused portions of pre‑paid packages are refunded on a pro‑rata basis less a 10% administrative fee.

5. Student work and academic integrity

All essays, application materials and supplementary work must be the original work of the student. Admision360 provides coaching and editorial feedback; we do not write applications on behalf of students. Misrepresentation of authorship is grounds for immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content on admision360.com — including text, graphics, logos, photographs and downloadable resources — is the property of Admision360 or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non‑commercial use.

7. User submissions

When you submit information through our contact form or in the course of services, you grant Admision360 a limited license to use that information solely to provide and improve our services. We will not publish identifying information about you or your student without explicit written consent.

8. Third‑party links

Our website may link to third‑party websites (e.g., college admissions portals, the FAFSA, scholarship providers). We have no control over and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or accuracy of those third‑party sites.

9. Disclaimers

The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error‑free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Admision360, its owners and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Admision360, its owners, employees and affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the website or our services.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
